App Displays Authentication Failure

1. Whether the App is the latest version.

App upgrade method:

For Android users, on the homepage of the App, clicking> About > Check for updates. When there is a new version, click Upgrade.

For iPhone users, go to the App Store and search for O-KAM to see whether there is a new version.

2. Delete the camera on the App, then reset and add it again.
