Steps:
1. After the camera is powered on, after waiting for about 30 seconds, you will hear the voice prompt “Please use the APP for Wi-Fi configuration”. If the voice prompt is given, press and hold the reset button/reset button for more than 3 seconds until you hear a “beep” sound or a “reset successful” prompt, and then send a voice prompt “Please use the APP for Wi-Fi configuration”
2. Open Kitty to see the + sign in the upper right corner of the app, scan the QR code on the camera, or manually select the type of camera you want to add.
• Wi-Fi camera
1. Enter the Wi-Fi password (case sensitive) for the camera connection. Please pay attention to whether the device supports 5G WiFi .
2. Use the camera lens to scan the QR code generated by the mobile app; Make sure that the QR code of the mobile phone is 15~20cm away from the camera lens when scanning the code, and you can try to scan the code from multiple angles.
3. If the scan times out, or there is no pop-up window to prompt you to add bindings; You can choose to use “AP Hotspot Configuration”;
• AP hotspot configuration
1. According to the prompts of the App, click “Go to Connect”, connect the Wi-Fi hotspot of the camera starting with @MC/@IPC in the Wi-Fi list of the mobile phone, and click to connect;
2. After returning to Kitty to see the App, click Add Camera.
Note: When connecting to a hotspot at the beginning of the device @MC/@IPC, the system pop-up box prompts whether to use the Internet or not, be sure to select “Use”. If you click “Not Used” by mistake, delete it from the saved network.
• 4G camera
Use the camera lens to scan the QR code generated by the mobile app; Make sure that the QR code of the mobile phone is 15~20cm away from the camera lens when scanning the code, and you can try to scan the code from multiple angles. When the Bind Device pop-up pop-up, click Bind.
Note:
1. Every time the addition fails, it needs to be reset again, and after the reset is successful, the second addition operation is performed.
