How to Deal with Device That Faces the Corner and Does Not Return To Guarding Position

This is generally due to the device being manually rotated, resulting in chaotic steps of the device; Please try the below steps to solve the problem:

1. If there is no Pre-position, please set one first. Navigate to the live preview page, and click PTZ Pre-position.

2. If the Pre-positions have been set before, click PTZ correction. After the completion of PTZ correction, click the edit icon to delete the previous Pre-positions and caretaker and reset again.
