This is generally due to the device being manually rotated, resulting in chaotic steps of the device; Please try the below steps to solve the problem:
1. If there is no Pre-position, please set one first. Navigate to the live preview page, and click PTZ > Pre-position.
2. If the Pre-positions have been set before, click PTZ correction. After the completion of PTZ correction, click the edit icon to delete the previous Pre-positions and caretaker and reset again.
