Please find the reset key or reset hole (Usually there is a reset button on the tail line of the device. Or if there is a cover on the device, open the cover and you will find the reset button inside.)
If it is the reset key, press and hold the reset key with your fingers for five seconds before releasing your hand. You will hear a complete reset voice prompt from the camera indicating a successful reset.

If it is a reset hole, find the reset pin inside the packaging box, insert it into the reset hole, press for five seconds, and release your hand. You can hear a voice prompt “Please use the App for WiFi configuration” or a slight “click” sound, indicating a successful reset.
