Method for setting up motion detection
On the homepage, click Settings >Monitoring Function >Motion Detection
If it is an ON/OFF button for Motion Detection, please click it to turn on or turn off. If there are options for choosing, please choose OFF, Motion Detection, or Human Detection based on your needs.
Interpretation:
Motion Detection——As long as dynamic images are detected, an alarm will be triggered. The false alarm rate of this setting may be high.
Human Detection——Alarm only when a human figure is detected, which can effectively reduce false alarms.
Human Framing——After it is enabled, the human in the live preview will be framed automatically.
Human Tracking——The camera will track human movements in real-time.
Detection Sensitivity——Slide to the left to reduce the sensitivity of the camera when triggered; Slide to the right to increase the sensitivity of the camera when triggered.
Timing Alarm Setting
1. On the homepage, click Settings in the lower right corner, and navigate to Monitoring Function >Motion Detection > Detection schedule.
1. Choose a Start time and End time, and choose days of the week. Save the settings. The camera will alarm at the scheduled time.
Customize Activity Zone
The device supports a customized detection area. It detects all areas by default. However, for the area that is smeared, it will no longer be detected, and alarms will be sent.
