1. Firstly, check if your phone’s sound is turned on and if the volume is turned up.
2. If it is an iPhone, there is a sound switch on the phone’s sidebar. Please check if this switch is turned on.
3 . On the homepage, click Settings > Notifications Settings > Mobile Notification, and check if the customized ringtone you have set can be played and listened to normally.
