Please refer to the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Is the ON/OFF of Cloud storage enabled?
On the homepage of the App, click Settings > Cloud Storage > Upgrade > Cloud Storage Store and scroll down to find the ON/OFF switch of Cloud storage. Please ensure that it is enabled normally.



2. Please confirm if the time zone (+8 in China) and time of your phone are correct.




3. Power off the camera and the connected router, and then power on again after an interval of 1-2 minutes.



4. Please check that the “motion detection” function of the camera is turned on, and all alarm-related functions are turned on normally.
If you tried all the steps above but still cannot use the Cloud storage, please contact customer support with the camera UID for checking.
