If the device can be rotated through the App before, but now it would not respond when the up, down, left, and right steering wheel buttons are clicked. Try the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Restart the device, and manually rotate it on the App.
On the homepage, click Settings in the bottom right corner, Device Settings > Restart Device. If possible, unplug the device for 1-2mins and power it on again.
2. If it’s not able to unplug and restart the device, please click PTZ correction on the App and see if the PTZ can rotate or not.
3. Check the surrounding environment and see whether there are any obstructions in the upper, lower, left, and right positions of the device;
4. If you tried all the steps above but the device still cannot rotate normally, it may be a malfunction in the motor hardware. Contact the after-sales and send the device to factory for repair.
